A great Place to work, our Management team knows how to grow our Company and we need employees who and will work to improve our Company and themselves. We desire to hire CPA's with current Public Accounting experience. Some may think a job is just a job, but at our Company we believe in igniting possibilities by helping our employees develop careers that fulfill their ambitions. We hire great people and give them a great place to work. Our secret to keeping them around is a positive culture, strong community involvement and a dedication to constantly getting better every day. We offer a competitive salary, 401(k) profit sharing plan, paid time off plan, and a comprehensive insurance package. We are seeking someone who craves an environment where learning isn't just from a text book. By working with highly skilled Managers and Shareholders, you will have exposure to a variety of industries (manufacturing, distribution, real-estate, employee benefit plans, etc) and be able to tap into the knowledge of your experienced coworkers, to produce the best quality work product possible. If you love what you do, but want to find a place where local travel and complex audit work coexist, we have a home for you. As an CPA/ Audit Senior, you will either prepare or supervise field audit engagements depending on the type and size of the engagement and your level of experience as a Senior. You will be expected to assist in designing the audit approach and planning all aspects of the job including the scope of the project and the technical aspects of the work. As your career progresses you will begin to supervise Staff Accountants, prepare a detailed budget for each person involved in the engagement, and assist with coordinating meetings with the client and other members of the client service team. From day one you will be responsible for inspecting clients' financial records, compiling and analyzing data, preparing detailed accounting reports and proposing solutions to technical accounting research issues. Qualifications A successful candidate will have 2-4 years of recent public accounting experience, preferably with a large local, regional, or national firm. Additionally, we are seeking someone with working knowledge of standard MS Office software and strong written and oral communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required and CPA licensed is preferred. Benefits Being a local firm gives us the advantage to do what our employees want. Being a great company takes more than just having a sleek office, fun events and wild parties, all of which we do have, coincidentally.
