We are seeking a strong candidate for an entry level collection specialist position. Responsibilities as a Collections Specialist Include:Making outbound calls on past:due accountsAnalyzing aging reports and documenting all account activitiesDemonstrating professionalism, discretion and good judgment in all interactions with co:workers, customers and vendors to insure timely resolution of customer discrepancies and disputesHeres what were looking for in qualified entry level candidates:2 years of collection experience is a plus, but well train the right personAdvanced problem solving skills, and well organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast:paced environmentCall center and OMD experience a plusExcellent written and verbal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, and the confidence to collect money and maintain an excellent relationship with our customer baseThis position will work closely with our contract administrators in a team environmentPacific Office Automation offers a full benefit package, which includes full medical/dental/vision insurance, matched 401(k), FSA program and health club membership.
