Job ResponsibilitiesA: Perform data entry, scan documents and attach to appropriate group or member. A: Process applications, add and delete members, update addresses and telephone numbers.A: Review invoices and provide audits as requested.A: Verify eligibility and membership. A: Receive and distribute daily mail to the appropriate staff and research returned mail. A: Provide outstanding customer services to our members by answering telephone calls or responding to emails. A: Resolve within 24 hours all administrative requests from both internal and external sources. A: Additional duties as assigned.Job QualificationsA: College Degree or High School Diploma A: Minimum one year clerical experience; dental insurance and billing background preferred A: Light bookkeeping experience preferred A: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel software A: Effective communication skills, both written and oralA: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of employees and customers.A: Effective organizational skills and attention to detail; effective follow:through, and commitment to excellence. A: Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment A: Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervisionA: Ability to develop and maintain excellent customer service relationships and represent the company in a professional manner.
