In this role, you will be supporting the Chief Medical Executive and the Chief Executive for the Medical Group. Responsibilities will include complex scheduling, ability to make decisions based on priorities, ability to track and follow up on status of projects and requests, making travel, preparing reports and financial data, and customer relations.

This is a great opportunity for a highly:experienced Executive Assistant who has supported high level executives in a fast:paced environment while professionally balancing many competing priorities.

The ideal candidate will have education in business with an associates degree or higher. Must have superb organizational skills and the ability to use technical and critical thinking skills to prioritize and anticipate the needs of those they support. Should be confident handling the details of a meeting including managing agenda items, working to obtain presentations, running presentations during meetings, taking and disseminating minutes, and following up on action items. Must have strong teamwork skills with the ability to work closely with other Executive Assistants to coordinate events/trainings in all communities.

The position requires:

: Minimum of five years of progressively responsible administrative support experience in a professional office
: Experience providing administrative support to high level executives
: Experience with event planning and coordination
: Experience creating PowerPoint presentations
: Must be an expert at Outlook
: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
: Ability to work well with varying personalities of prominent leaders internal and external to PeaceHealth
: Ability to work independently and operate within a team environment
: Ability to remain positive and helpful in a fast paced, high stress environment
