This position will work Monday - Friday, 20 hours per week, and candidates should have availability between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Compensation will start around $14.00 per hour and vary with experience. With a strong attention to detail, they will facilitate a variety of tasks to ensure high levels of customer service in a fast paced environment.A Office Services Associate?s daily tasks will involve:Perform various Mail Center activities (sorting, metering, folding, inserting, delivery, pickup, etc.)Receptionist / Administrative duties including answering multi-line phones, transferring calls, greeting visitors, customer interaction at the guest services window, assisting employees with various office services support, and other duties as requiredConference room set-ups and support, events management and hospitality - including moving tables and chairs into various configurations within the room, cleaning workstations, white boards and conference rooms for meeting room eventsReprographics duties including copying, binding and scanningProcessing of documentsUse of MS Office SuiteLift heavy boxes, files or paper when neededMaintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitudeDemonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environmentConsistently adhere to all business and safety procedure guidelinesTake direction from supervisor or site managerMaintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detailEnter information daily into spreadsheetsParticipate in cross-training (Filing, outgoing shipments, etc.)Provide backfill when neededPerform other tasks as assignedOK, I'm interested But is it really the job for me?You need great people skills, patience and the ability to multi-task to be good at this job.
