This candidate should have a background in reception or as an administrative assistant. This is located in a smaller office on the Portland Beaverton border. Job Description: . Meeting with President to review projects (new and current) . Facility in creating customized reports as needed . Screening, directing, and, when appropriate, responding to telephone calls and emails on president's behalf . Scheduling and arranging meetings . Reading and summarizing reports/memos from staff and clients . Preparing for meetings: agendas, presentations, handouts, spreadsheets, etc. . Drafting and finalizing key, and at times confidential, correspondence via email, postal mail, and phone . Managing all business and personal travel plans (including sales staff) . Managing non-business related projects for the President . Help maintain client contact database (CRM) . Assisting with execution of marketing and special event initiatives (internet research, mass emails, holiday cards, event production) . Anticipating and responding to additional projects and requests . Miscellaneous projects as assigned . Order retrieve food/drinks . Errands for the President Qualifications: . 2+ years experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant . Strong computer skills proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, CRM . Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion . Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal . Ability to prioritize workload in a fast paced environment; excellent follow-up and follow-through skills . Superior organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities . Basic research skills (on web and elsewhere) . Detail oriented . Ability to work professionally with many different kinds of people . Handle confidential information .
