Position Overview:
This full:time contract Program Support Specialist position is a part of the clients transmission Account Services (TSES) organization. TSES provides expertise and support to the Account Executives (AEs) for Transmission customer issues, including contract development and finalization, quality control review of Transmission contracts, analysis, customer issue resolution and front office contract administration. This position will work in conjunction with management to provide contract documentation and process change training and will help facilitate workload priorities with guidance provided by the Account Service Manager as necessary. This position will also support the AE and Account Services teams achieve annual program and organizational initiatives, customer satisfaction targets and contract compliance. In addition, this position will verify Transmission Sales (TSEs) compliance with all relevant agency polices for contract documents, correspondence, processes, data quality checks, desk procedures, and A:123 (Federal Government equivalency to Sarbanes Oxley). This position is located in Vancouver, Washington.
Contract personnel are not allowed to direct Federal employees, nor are they allowed to authorize expenditures or make decisions on behalf of the client, these functions are specifically assigned to client employees. Contract personnel provide analysis, information and input to those functions. Additionally, contract personnel may only represent the client (such as at seminars, industry events, etc.) with written authorization from a Vice President.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: This position requires confidentiality, professionalism and requires passing a higher level background investigation, for which the selected candidate must qualify to hold or continue to hold the position.

Position Responsibilities include:
Note: all official drafts, documents materials and recommendations, as listed below, must be reviewed, finalized and approved / accepted by appropriate manager and/or other federal personnel with the authority to do so.
:Review contract cover letters and transmission service agreements for consistent formats in accordance with established Correspondence procedures and transmission agreement templates.
:Work with Account Specialists (ASs) and AEs, and other organizations within and its customers to correct anomalies and ready documents for electronic signature by the Transmission AEs, Managers, and Transmission Vice Presidents.
:Assist in developing processes and procedures in coordination with other
organizations.Conduct quality assurance format review of final contracts.
:Act as main point of contact (POC) for editing assistance to ASs, Contract Management and Administration (KSC), Transmission Services (TS) and other organizations on an as needed basis.
:Act as the final POC for back office KSC on all contract documents, verifying that contracts are in a final state. Includes contracts and correspondence is electronically signed by the Transmission AE.
:Send AEs and other signing authorities a complete final package including electronic signature blocks.
:Electronically mail correspondence and contracts to agency customers.
:Track and monitor delivery receipts of electronic/Federal Express (Fed Ex) packages.
:Monitor Txsalescontracts outbox, read receipts and delivery receipts.
:Primary back up for Personal Assistant when processing received executed agreements from the agencys customers.
:Update OATT TSR information into the
