Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for our global retail client in Beaverton, OR. This is a full time, 5+ month temporary position paying $20/hr. with benefits available in the first 30 days. Monday- Friday 8am-5pm schedule. As the Senior Administrative Assistant, you'll perform a wide range of administrative duties supporting multiple business functions. You will report directly to our Sr. Director. **Responsibilities** + Calendar management for Sr. Director (Outlook) + Travel bookings for Sr. Director (Concur - internal booking system) + Drive deliverables and action items assigned to the team + Build strong relationships with our local and global team leaders + Facilitate weekly Global IWS staff meetings / quarterly offsites + Prepare correspondence - producing, editing and reformatting documents/emails + Process expense reports, purchase orders and invoices + Organize department events, drive attendance + Serve as the central contact for general department information **Requirements for the position include:** + High School diploma or GED + 3 years' experience as an administrative assistant or other support role in a professional business environment + Previous experience with calendar management (Outlook) is highly preferred + Must be comfortable with ambiguity and be resourceful enough to find solutions on your own + Ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and utilize a keen attention to detail + Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency + Experience creating high-quality presentations utilizing PowerPoint and complex reports using Excel is strongly preferred + Strong written and verbal communication skills required + Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment + Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks **In addition to working with the world's most recognized and trusted name in staffing, Kelly employees can expect:** + **Competitive pay** + **Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance options** + **Paid holidays** + **Year-end bonus program** + **Recognition and incentive programs** + **Access to continuing education via the Kelly Learning Center** **Important information:** This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
