COMMUTE ON LIGHT RAIL EVERYDAY: each home is one block or closer to a light rail station stop for easy commuting and no need for a car. Feel free to visit www.trimet.org to view all the station stops and cost for a daily or monthly pass.

SHARED LIVING: every home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Rooms are individually rented out. All common areas (living room, dining room, bathrooms, kitchen, garage) are shared.

RENTAL DETAILS:

COST: Application fee is $30. The security deposit is $300 and rents vary per room size and length of the lease. On average rooms rent for $650-700 per month.

ARRIVAL DAY TO YOUR RENTAL HOME: Many future tenants are moving to the area from out of state to work at Intel, Nike or to attend Pacific University Health Professions Campus. Therefore, to help out tenants that are flying in from out of state, for an additional fee SWB & Associates will pick you up at the Portland Airport and take you to your new home.

HOW TO RESERVE A RENTAL HOME: Once your application has been processed you can reserve a rental home with a $300 security deposit.

DETAILS:

All the traditional utilities are included plus we also include both wifi and cable television. The common areas of the home are fully furnished and the bedroom can be as well at no additional cost. The drive to downtown Portland is ten minutes. By light rail, the commute to downtown Portland is twenty minutes and to Nike or the Intel Corporations it is only a few minutes commute.
