Job Description:/h3:
Job Summary: Assist with the development, implementation, and improvement of regular operations for outbound telephone fundraising operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Building outbound calling campaigns
Developing and running reports
Report analysis
Enhance dialer performance for maximum productivity during calling shift
Calling campaign feedback data collation
Project management
Maintain correct hours, wages, and deadlines for accurate payroll
Paid Time Off (PTO) tracking
Finding efficiencies in call center processes
Assist with driving positive client metrics
Through demonstrated individual performance, promote the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct

Skills and Qualifications:
Familiarity with databases and tables
Familiarity with Microsoft Access and SQL
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
2+ Year Exp. in data manipulation and analysis

Hours:
Tuesday : Friday 10AM : 7PM
Saturday 8:30AM : 5:30PM

Pay and Benefits:
14 : 16 Depending on experience
No work on major holidays
80 Hours PTO per year
Health Insurance after 60 days. Employer pays just over half of premiums.
