Job Description The Help Desk Support Analyst is first level technical resource for BBSI’s time and attendance solutions. Provide basic network and application troubleshooting, support implementation and configuration for our clients, in collaboration with BBSI Branches and the clients IT department. The analyst will interact with field personnel and directly with clients to conduct requirements analysis, trainings, and troubleshooting. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: This position reports to the Manager of General Support Development and works in partnership with other positions within the GSD department and Time and Attendance team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain in depth knowledge of BBSI’s Time & Attendance applications’ features and setup Deliver a high level of service by providing first line technical support for users of the system Train branches, and provide demos on system features and capabilities as required Troubleshoot hardware and software system problems for users Resolve work orders and user issues within agreed upon time frames Effectively communicate regularly with the team and other technical teams regarding issues and resolution, and to escalate issues as needed Maintain the project plan progress within our internal Workfront Project Management System Understanding of the export process to our payroll system Other duties as assigned CORE TRAITS/COMPETENCIES: Ability to operationalize concepts with true business acumen Demonstrated leadership ability Business-owner empathy Stakeholder mentality Highly collaborative Excellent communicator Results oriented Drive and vision Innately curious Highly ethical Strong sense of humor and engaging personality SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Customer service experience strongly preferred Payroll Human Resources and/or timekeeping knowledge preferred Systems orientated Help Desk / IT Customer Service background preferred Additional Information For Individuals with these requirements, this position offers at a minimum: Generous base salary, unlimited earning potential based on results, 401k with employer match, and benefits Opportunity to impact the success and growth of client companies and BBSI.
