HVAC Inside Sales Support (Project Coordinator)

Our business is growing and we need to add support to our sales department. This position is a great opporuntity to grow a career in the HVAC industry.

The primary duty is to provide support to the Project Managers.

Must be very organized, have strong communication and time management skills. Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team to problem solve or work independently.

General Duties & Responsibilities:

Be willing to learn, be capable of, and produce any document required to manage, maintain and promote business i.e. order writing, RGAs, credits, submittals, letter of transmittals, installation, operation & maintenance data, etc, as required to effectively function as an Project Coordinator.
Learn and utilize all computer and software programs that are required to manage, maintain and promote business enabling you to effectively function as Project Coordinator.
Generate and maintain special bid and negotiated business submittal information, orders, and all supporting documents with assigned customers as required by Project Managers.
Successful candidates for this position should have the following:

Experience in HVAC or construction industry. Related education may be considered as a substitute for experience
Light commercial and residential HVAC product sales
Wholesale and retail sales experience
General HVAC product knowledge
Two years customer service

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management skills
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and employment verifications
