Job Description:/h3:
Customer service is priority number one. This position is responsible for providing Helpdesk technical phone support and maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware/software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Helpdesk. You will be responsible for administration and internal support of the companys PCs, printers, and related equipment. Tasks include end user support, ticket updates, PC maintenance, trouble shooting, upgrades and configurations.
Primary Responsibilities:
:Provide nothing less that exceptional customer service
:Work with customers via online helpdesk ticketing system, telephone and remote support tools to diagnose technical issues related to PC operating systems, applications, network, servers, and peripherals.
:Monitor and respond daily, quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Helpdesk ticketing system.
:Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstations
:Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
:Responsible for proactively managing high severity and priority incidents from identification to resolution and escalation to appropriate group.
:Manage PC setup and deployment for new/transferred employees using standard hardware, images and software
:Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
:Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software
:Document internal procedures
:IT on:call rotation
:Travel to branch offices up to 15
:Other duties assigned by the Director of IT and/or the Technical Support Lead

:Team player and coach to other IT professionals and company personnel
:Work with other IT support groups to identify problems and restore services
:Assist with onboarding of new users
:Provide the highest customer service level possible
:Security Management
:Help ensure the management of security locks for all PCs/Laptops.
