WebMD's Health Services business enables employers and health plans to provide their employees and plan members with access to personalized health and benefit information, decision support technology that helps them make informed benefit, provider and treatment choices and provides telephonic health coaching services. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status Drive and maintain accountability for concept-to-prototyping product planning and product scoping; develop an innovation pipeline of pursuits, and be able to report to senior staff the progress, spend, and status; work closely with a small team of engineers and user experience (UX) team to help build and demonstrate internal and client-facing mobile and browser prototypes; identify client and consumer issues, expectations, and consumer/market desires, and attribute them to user engagement, behavior change, and consumer value; maintain ongoing market sensing activities; develop, communicate, promote, and continuously refine product visions and strategies; work with engineering, UX, analytics, reporting operations, and other stakeholders to define potential success metrics for the innovation pipeline; develop high level business cases, pricing scenarios, and obtain cost estimates to develop the product for market; prioritize feature requirements to take product from prototype to market; and develop and publish innovation pipeline and progress with Sr. Manager, Product Mgmt. Employer will accept Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include one year of experience with each of the following: experience in a healthcare field; experience engaging with HIPAA, PHI and PII; developing consumer Internet or Web & mobile-based technology products and services; coding; Development experience using C#, WCF, SQL, ASP.NET, React, Javascript, NUnit, NSubstitute, Linq To SQL, EF, WPF, HTML, and UML; Java, Silverlight, jQuery, Ruby on Rails, REST, TDD, C, and C++; experience building working prototypes in the health and wellness arena; experience quantifying proposals and decisions; experience in a distributed product development environment; and experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
