Job Title: Project Coordinator /Document Technician/ Quality Analyst
Location: Portland, OR. 97217
Duration: 12 + Months
Description:
Provide support for the Engineering group in tracking, reporting and resolving Field Quality by using a few of clients system as (FRACAS) and (Zeus) that youll learn on the job to track issues, track production issues and other Mission Control Board Metrics, prepare presentations, run warranty and aftermarket parts usage reports, and participate in problem solving activities.
Job Duties
:Collect and distribute new quality issue reports. Track responses from engineering managers and provide summary report to Engineering quality representatives.
:Assist in the preparation of issue closure presentations.
:Create and distribute warranty and aftermarket part usage reports.
:Maintain content on Engineering Quality metric team boards and Sharepoint sites.
:Create quality meeting summary reports including current progress to targets, issue closures, new assignments and upcoming presentations.
Minimum Requirements
:Minimum education of a 2 yr. college degree (or currently pursuing 4 yr degree).
:High level of MS Excel (including pivot tables and macros) and PowerPoint skills
