JOB INTRODUCTION : Clackamas County Technology Services is seeking an experienced Systems Project Analyst to join the ERP Technical Support team in the maintenance and support of the County's integrated Oracle PeopleSoft HCM and Finance Systems, Workforce Software Timekeeping System, and third party budgeting system. Our main ERP system, PeopleSoft, is stable and mature; we have implemented many upgrades, service packs, new modules, and bolt-on systems for both our HR and Finance products. Future projects include implementing cloud Contracts Management, Facilities Management and Policy Management systems with integration to the PeopleSoft ERP modules. We expect this person to be proactive and customer-service driven. Required Minimum Qualifications/ Transferrable Skills:* Experience using SQL data languages (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.) utilizing the appropriate software tools and techniques for analysis, debugging and programming Previous experience developing and documenting technical and business requirements and processes. Experience must include training users Experience administering, setup, troubleshooting or supporting enterprise vendor application systems Experience with JSON, RESTful web services or other integration tools (ETL) and methods Experience troubleshooting and resolving production support issues in an efficient way for the ERP systems Experience developing or modifying reports, data interfaces, and bolt-on applications to meet production business or technical requirements. Develops detailed design specifications, definitions, flow charts, diagrams, performance criteria, and testing methods; writes; develops, and documents operational procedures for data elements and sources; coordinates systems maintenance, testing, and production runs; devises schedules for implementation; provides training and technical guidance to users and staff in the use of new or modified systems and procedures. Utilizes appropriate software tools and techniques for systems analysis, logic design, applications programming and coding, data base management, computer operations, troubleshooting equipment problems, and maintaining operational integrity of the computer system. Researches changes, trends and technologies related to computer systems.
