- Serve as process lead; collaborate cross
functionally on process work
- Own development and validation of process changes, role
responsibilities
- Identify new approaches and solutions to business issues
identified through analysis of processes
- Lead business:facing meetings to develop and track new
processes
- Identify measurement opportunities along all process
changes
- Lead root cause analysis for process issues, as needed
- Support team meetings, notes, and follow:up action items
