Medical Technician Come join an exciting team of dedicated, fun loving staff We will train the right person Seeking F/T and P/T Medication Technicians, all shifts. Must be able to work weekends. Medication Technicians are responsible for assisting residents with their medication program by administering and monitoring medications as prescribed by the MD while maintaining accurate records of medications/treatments administered for each resident. Other Job Duties: Provides assistance to residents in daily living tasks. Communicates changes in residentA?s conditions accurately and efficiently. Provides a clean and safe environment for all residents. Maintains confidentiality regarding residents and care for treatment received. Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance. Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation. Displays excellent communication including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure. Respectfully takes direction from Director and peers. Qualifications A: High School Diploma or GED; prefer experience in medication administration A: Have a great attitude and love to work in a team environment A: Must obtain current CPR/1st Aid training (employer provided) A: Must be able to rotate days worked, different shifts, and weekends A: Must be able to speak, read and understand English Perks A: Great benefits available to our employees who work 30 or more hours per week, including Medical, Dental. For more information about us, : Compensation: 13 per hour Caregiver Come join an exciting team of dedicated, fun loving staff We will train the right person Caregivers are responsible for assisting residents with ADL tasks including: housekeeping tasks, making beds, assisting with personal laundry, showers, toileting, dressing, undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan. All shifts are needed, including 10:30pm : 6:30am. Must be able to work some weekends. Qualifications A: Have a passion for working with seniors A: Have a great attitude and love to work in a team environment A: Must obtain current CPR/1st Aid training (employer provided) A: Must be able to rotate days worked, different shifts, and weekends A: Must be able to speak, read and understand English A: Caregiver experience preferred, but not required.
