The Customer Service Representative will make it their priority to make our clients customers feel comfortable whilst engaging with our sales team and letting us advise them throughout the sales process. This role is about providing a friendly face, as well as being passionate about our well known and highly respected clients great range of products and services.

You will promote our clients products and services, deal with any inquiries from existing customers relating to their accounts, order products, and services where applicable, renew subscriptions and open new accounts where necessary.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:

Handle questions and product inquiries from customers
Recommend appropriate products/services based on the customers needs

Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
Able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to directly motivate and supervise others to achieve maximum performance.
Able to work effectively with others.
Detail:oriented and the ability to follow up on tasks.
Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
