Job Description:/h3:
Due to recent expansion, Full Circle Marketing is now adding 4:5 Customer Service Consultants. Relatable experience is preferred but not a must as we offer fully paid training.
Responsibilities as our Customer Service Consultant:
:Retaining knowledgeable on product information and staying up:to:date with all current promotions and campaigns
:Assisting customers face:to:face with any billing and/or equipment issues
:Handling new customer acquisitions and qualifying potential clientele
:Developing a personal client base in order to establish proper communication in regards to new and existing accounts
