Basic Qualifications: -High School Diploma, GED, Equivalent Certification or Military experience -At least 2 years of Customer, Retail, or Financial Services experience -At least 1 year of People Management experience Preferred Qualifications: -At least 3 years of Customer, Retail, or Financial Services experience -At least 2 years of People Management experience -Bachelor's Degree At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
