Job Description
A Client Account Manager at ITI is referred to as a Training Solutions Advisor. The Training Solutions Team assists the world:leading organizations we serve in finding the training solutions that fit their organizational training requirements and needs. The Solutions offered by ITI include client:site training, open:enrollment courses conducted at one of our training centers, e:learning, or field services.
Job Description
:Business:to:Business (B2B) Strategic Account Management
:Receive leads for proposal requests from ITI clients or potential clients and prepare proposals through a variety of communication methods
:Follow:up on inbound leads : iti receives nearly 30,000 visitors and converts 600+ visitors into leads each month
:Actively build and manage existing or new client relationships
:Schedule training dates for client programs with the appropriate ITI instructor
:Manage the Training Calendar on a daily basis and distribute training events to instructors as appropriate
:Coordinate all requested, customized training programs with ITIs Technical Director
:Work within the Training Solutions Team
:Report to the Manager of Training Solutions
Attributes of an Excellent ITI Training Solutions Expert
:B2B Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing Background (5+ Years Experience)
:Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, International Business or equivalent is preferred
:Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred: construction, equipment rental, petrochemical, pulp and paper, oil and gas, or other heavy industrial sectors
:Flawless communication skills, both written and verbal
:Customer service attitude : personable, enthusiastic, friendly, helpful
:Great organizational skills and detail:oriented
:Team player
:Highly motivated, driven, and adaptable
:Able to utilize latest technology in CRM, social media, and marketing
Compensation Plan
:The full Compensation Plan will be disclosed after a complete application is received
:Salary and Bonus Plan is in the 99th Percentile for similar careers on Salary
:Health Benefits : eligible after 3 months
:401(k) : eligible after 12 months; 3 from company, up to 10 matching
:PTO and Holiday Pay : eligible after 3 months
:40:Hour Work Week; Typical day is 8:00AM to 4:30PM

:Base Salary is commensurate with experience and skills
