Nursing Instructor ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The College/Health Sciences Department and the Nursing Program are committed to student success and progression, therefore faculty work as a team toward that end. MINIMUM/MANDATORY EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Master's of Science in Nursing, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and currently enrolled in a Master's of Nursing program, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a Master's degree in a related field and willing to enroll upon hire, at own expense, in an Oregon State Board of Nursing Approved Post-Master's Certificate program, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a Master's degree in a related field predicated on OSBN approval for exception. Current unencumbered Oregon RN Licensure or ability to obtain upon hire. Must be willing to obtain Washington RN license upon hire. Three (3) years working experience as a registered nurse. Each full year is equivalent to 1,664 hours. Willingness to integrate new patient care content and/or refresh direct patient care clinical skills when applicable. Demonstrate ability to work effectively in an innovative team environment where change is the norm.
