In this position, you would manage programs of large may be global scope, impact and complexity through all phases of the lifecycle. You will manage interdependencies and integration among multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders. Has decision making authority at the program level. You will handle cross organizational programs of broad scope and high complexity or of broad scope and moderate complexity usually managing a core team that manages function specific teams. You will set direction for programs directly related to corporate policies or important business operations to meet strategic goals of significance. You will lead the core team and guides performance of functional teams. You will be the key interface with stakeholders and leadership internally and externally. Set and refine project objectives. You will assign overall tasks to others managing general areas of responsibility in support of program goals. You will exercises judgment and discretion to develop solutions, remove obstacles and redefine approaches. Recommend or sets business strategies or corporate policies and deviates as appropriate.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: oversee identification of tasks and research, dependencies, costs assigns resources, and communicate expectations to core team members. Create/track/adjust the program schedule; Assess the risk and identify solutions to timely, efficient achievement of program goals; Ensure that quality standards and budget constraints are met. Ensure appropriate progress against schedule and takes remedial action as appropriate. Prioritize utilization of resources with other functions. Influence business unit or cross organizational strategies relevant to program goals.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through relevant previous school, industry jobs and/or research experience.

•Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience leading and managing programs required.
•Ability to confidently present to Intel executives with comfort discussing underlying details required
•MBA a plus; Experience with implementing specific program management techniques much desired
•10+ Years of relevant industry experience
