The primary purpose of this role is to own the relationship with Installers and Independent Service Providers (ISPs), as well as as the general contractor network that supports the Project Specialist programs (Interiors and Exteriors). This includes
responsibility for recruiting, on-boarding, developing, and retaining third-party service providers in order to meet area sales
and service demands at all times.

  • Maintains and manages the third-party service provider relationships to support labor revenue and control service labor
  • Recruits and retains Lowe's third-party service providers by relationship building (e.g., digital, cold calling, relationship
    development, etc.)
  • Manages the relationship and performance of the service provider network through direct interaction with the service
    providers and indirect interaction with Service Support
  • Ensures third-party service providers are knowledgeable of all Lowe's applications that pertain to the service provider
    relationship including service provider systems, IE, Service Bench, and Installer website
  • Oversees service quality through regular interaction including site inspections, service provider meetings, and reviewing
    customer satisfaction metrics to ensure Lowe's quality standards are met
  • Evaluates feedback from all sales teams and synthesizes the information to translate what it means for the business
  • Offers expertise and support in the form of service provider network and competitive insights to local stores for new
    programs and/or initiatives
  • Obtains and holds licenses on Lowe's behalf as required

    Required Qualifications:
    H.S. Diploma and 3 years' experience in a related industry
    Microsoft Office, Product Installation and Repair, and Financial acumen
    One or more years of experience managing direct or indirect reports

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree 1+ year experience in the installation, repair service, or home improvement industry
    Microsoft Office and Financial acumen.
    One or more years of experience managing direct or indirect report
