Job Description:

* Interact with management at all levels of the organization to set strategic vision and a robust controls environment.

* Contributing to the development, management and enhancement of monitoring tools

* Working with Operational owners to ensure the highest standard of fraud detection and prevention is in place.

* Interacting with Legal and HR on instances of suspected fraud and assisting in any investigations.

* Reviewing key metrics to track performance and benefit to the business.

* Limited travel throughout NA as required to conduct investigations of policy violations affecting the corporation, its employees, and/or assets.

* Assist with guiding investigations through the criminal justice system.

* Document investigations in a security database. Monitor/track trends in investigative activity.

Requirements:

* Effective and efficient written and verbal communication skills

* Possess high degree of self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize information into customer requirements

* Bachelor's degree with emphasis towards criminal justice, business administration or equivalent.

* 5-7 years of corporate/industrial security or law enforcement, with concentration in fraud investigations

All other duties as assigned.

The Security Coordinator (160056) performs a variety of security duties focused on company systems and programs, which may include one or more of the following: Monitors system for potential security breaches, malfunctions or program failures Issues and ensures the return of security photo badges for applicable personnel May be responsible for coordinating and administering security clearances and other policies and procedures in compliance with government agencies and regulations Programs security systems and interfaces with vendors to report any system problems Utilizes company systems, internal and external data sources, and available software to detect fraud and conduct investigations.
