General Purpose 13;
Conduct analysis, create system specifications, develop, test and implement engineering, scientific and business applications, operating systems, and file/database servers within IT Corporate Applications. Utilize existing or new technology in the automation of processes. Evaluate software packages and provide recommendations to management.
Responsibilities 13;
:Install and configure commercial applications and provide regular patching and upgrades.
:Research and analyze strategies, programs, and processes across corporate functions.
:Provide technical assistance and consulting support to clients.
:Diagnose, test and resolve moderately complex system problems.Perform process analysis and data modeling using standard tools.
:Provide factual evidence to influence management decisions.Support client server packages both thick and thin clients, web applications, cloud solutions, and MS Access. Ensure system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.
:Gather data on systems issues, define alternative approaches, assess business impact, recommend cost effective solutions, and develop and implement those solutions. Handle critical development issues.
:Work with vendor to resolve problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.

Requirements 13;
:Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
:A minimum of four years of experience in business application design, development, installation, and/or modification in an online environment.
:Experience supporting client server package and supporting web based applications including Windows environments, .NET, Java, MS Access, and writing SQL.
:Experience performing troubleshooting, analysis, and debugging during installation of vendor software packages.
:Technical skills including analysis, installation, configuration, and data management.
:Communication and interpersonal skills for consulting with users to understand needs, define requirements, and provide effective solutions.
:Knowledge of current technologies, tools, applications, and vendors. 13;

:Understanding of companys existing IT environment and of applicable company policies, practices, and procedures.
:Familiarity with Finance and HR systems, Document Management, Web Content Management, Access Management 13;
