Our client, a leader in the Apparel Industry, is currently seeking a Portfolio Project Coordinator for a 12 month temporary position with the opportunity for an extension. The position is located in Hillsboro, OR.

The hours for this position are as follows

Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Rate: $33/hr

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  • Support Portfolio Management by coordinating the planning and execution of: Weekly Status Reporting, Project audits, Program reports, Portfolio dashboards and Project Health checks
  • Support Project Manager/Coordinator with On-Boarding
  • Creation and tracking of 30 day on-boarding plans for new resources
  • Creation and updating of Portfolio SP and Yammer sites
  • Creation and distribution of Portfolio newsletter
  • Portfolio Meeting Cadence and Coordination of meetings, attendees, facilities
  • Documentation of notes, action items; follow-up on outstanding action items
  • Provide support to team during regular cadence of Portfolio Intake, including: Creation and maintenance of the Intake schedule
  • Communication (push/pull) of Intake process and deadlines; re-routing questions as needed
  • Co-facilitation of event, including documentation, leading topics, and output creation (i.e. 100K, resource plans, etc.)
  • SharePoint Administration: Set-up and activation of project sites for new programs/projects
  • Set-up and maintenance of portfolio sites (i.e. Intake, Governance, Knowledge Base, etc.)
  • Yammer Administration: Set-up and maintenance of announcements, events, etc.
  • Provide financial services to program/project managers, including: Guidance on status reports, Support for report and/or tool questions, General how-to guidance

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree and 4+ years' experience as well as someone who is Proficient in Excel, SharePoint and MS Project.
