PeaceHealth is seeking a
Program Manager TSP for a
1.0 full time equivalent
Exempt position. This position will be working
Day shift with shift durations of
8 Hours.

JOB SUMMARY

Oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of ongoing TSP programs including planning, organizing, leading and implementation. Manages initiatives, business relationships, program development, integration activity and general project management activities. Ensures all functions are performed accurately and are consistent with current policy, practice and vendor contracts. Serves as the primary contact point on these activities with direct interaction with TSP and functional leaders. Evaluates ongoing use and performance of services, programs and/or processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Oversees TSP programs and project management activities, including planning, scheduling, change management, and other project management related tasks. TSP programs may include (but not be limited to) TSP process or service improvement initiatives, major operational initiatives, optimization programs, or large implementation projects.

2. Meets regularly with TSP leaders, operational partners and other stakeholders to map drivers, determine metrics for measuring success, and align planning efforts.

3. Manages the full life cycle of projects from planning and analysis through implementation. Manages multiple projects and teams.

4. Coordinates information from multiple data sources and educates leadership and staff in the interpretation of information. Evaluates performance of services implemented, advising leadership on those findings and recommending strategies to improve services.

5. Assists leadership in the development, maintenance, monitoring and enforcing of department policies, procedures and best practices.

6. Coordinates internal teams and vendor partners for on time, quality deliverables within budget.

7. Leads specialty collaboratives for the ongoing improvement, education and compliance with TSP best practices.

8. Creates and supports an environment that fosters and supports teamwork.

9. Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

: Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:

: Minimum of five years experience in IT services.
: Minimum of one year prior progressively responsible leadership experience is required.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

: Certification in ITIL or ITIL practices preferred.
OTHER SKILLS:

: Strong analytical, organizational and people skills.
: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to make decisions within usually confined situations.
: Project Management experience
: Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to communicate verbally and in writing to customers, providers and peers.
: Proficient in use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project).
: Understanding of HIPAA rules and regulations preferred.
: Ability to work both independently and interdependently with staff and team members with limited supervision
: Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
: Proactive and assertive conflict resolution skills.
