LifeWorks NW partners with the Women's Healthcare Associates. This is a well-established medical clinic, focused on gynecology and maternal health.

PURPOSE: Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychologist, or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join a primary care team at the Women's Healthcare Associates. The Behavioral Health Provider (Behaviorist) provides psych-social assessments and empirically-based behavioral interventions to support management of patient's healthcare goals. Also works in close collaboration with other members of the team, including medical, mental health, and support staff, as well as facilitating external referrals to community partners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Psychologist required.
Requires clinical experience with psychiatric and substance use disorders, and individual and group interventions.
Requires an understanding of primary healthcare settings and culture, and knowledge of the medical home, team-based model of care.
2-3 years experience working in healthcare settings preferred.
Bi-lingual (Eng./Spanish) skills a plus.
