Job Description
We are seeking a client focused individual to work in the Beaverton, OR office performing Receptionist and Administrative duties. Healthcare industry experience preferred. Position includes paid time off and optional health insurance.
* Answer phones
Schedule/reschedule appointments
* Greet Customers/walk:ins
* Handle shipments
* Manage contracts and invoicing/payment
* Mail
* Office organization and light clean:up
* Order supplies
* Coordinate and attend office and clinic events; follow up with attendees and schedule screenings
* Create, print, and distribute marketing materials
* Database maintenance
* Reach out to potential clients regarding events and create telemarketing lists for specialists
* Update website; post blogs and edit articles
* Social Media/Digital Marketing follow:up and review
* Physician marketing, referrals and reports
* Year:end/holiday gifts for Activity Directors
* Track marketing expenses
Qualified candidates will have strong knowledge of Microsoft office, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to establish and maintain strong rapports with clientele.
