Job Description:/h3:
The prime focus of this position is on the electro:mechanical assembly and basic testing of the entire range of sub:assemblies and products. This position also supports production inventory control; including computerized transactions, receiving and distribution of raw material, servicing and repair of customer returned units, and engineering prototype assembly using schematics, samples and drawings.
Qualifications:
:3 + years experience in electromechanical and / or electronic product assembly
:1 + years experience working in PCB assembly
:High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
:Demonstrated experience in training assembly personnel
:Skilled in the use of a wide variety of electromechanical assembly hand tools
:Solder skills including surface mount assembly
:Through hole and surface mount PCB repair and rework skills
:Able to read, follow and suggest improvements to production work instructions.
:Ability to read and follow engineering schematics and drawings
:Ability to focus, prioritize, multitask, cope with change
:Self Starter and sense of urgency
:Able to perform accurate and detail orientated work with minimal guidance
:Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills
:Ability to effectively communicate with team members.
