About Modera Belmont Modera Belmont, a mixed-use apartment community located near downtown in Portland's Central Eastside. Located along SE 6th and 7th Avenues and SE Belmont and Morrison Streets, the community features 200 apartment homes above 11,362 square feet of ground-floor retail. Situated at 685 SE Belmont Street, Modera Belmont is 1.5 miles east of downtown Portland on the opposite side of the Willamette River. The transit-oriented community sits along the Portland Streetcar line, the TriMet bus line, and within moments of Interstate 5. JOB SUMMARY Mill Creek is searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team. The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for assisting with the overall management of a luxury multifamily community including the customer service, rent collections, accounting, and leasing needs of the community. Required Skills and Knowledge Minimum 1 year of residential leasing and/or management experience is preferred for this position. Assumes responsibility for the operations of the property in the absence of the Property Manager. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to perform basic to intermediate mathematical and accounting functions. Ability to read and comprehend financial statements, such as budgets, financial reports, accounting information, etc. Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions. Ability to make quick and effective decisions. Ability to analyze and resolve problems. High school diploma or equivalent. Yardi experience is preferred but not required. #CB
