Are you a mid-level Associate Attorney looking for the next step in your career? Our client is a well-known law firm specializing in Real Estate in Downtown Portland, OR. They are looking for an Associate Attorney to provide support for their diverse client portfolio. In this position, you will perform legal research and represent real estate clients in commercial purchase and sales transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of transactional experience, possess excellent oral and written communication skills and have a high attention to detail. **Contract Associate Attorney (Real Estate) Job Responsibilities: ** * Drafting and negotiating retail leases and amendments, corporate amendments, lease reviews for clients. * Drafting maintenance and default notices. * Negotiating and drafting vendor contracts such as architect, construction agreements, design agreements, consulting agreements, storage agreements, etc. **Qualifications:** * At least 3 years of relevant experience, previous mid-to-large law firm background preferred. * Significant experience with drafting and negotiating retail leases and vendor contracts. * Strong command of the English language, including excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style, the ability to compose correspondence and proofread and a high level of attention to detail.
