Department: Property Management
Effective: Immediately
Experience: 3 years of office experience preferred
Hours: Monday -- Friday, 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m.

Essential Functions and Requirements:

• Assist with the preparation and organization of reports, spreadsheets, letters and other documents
• Understand accounts receivable, payable, budgeting and monthly reporting
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. PM software a plus.
• Compile pertinent information as needed for tenants, landlords and vendors
• Multitask with multiple people, phones and projects
• Possess a can-do attitude and willing to jump in and help out all positions in a fast-paced, positive working environment
• Maintain excellent typing, writing and communication skills
• Assert a high level of customer service and organization
• Track delinquencies within portfolios
• Dispatch maintenance items, procure vendor bids and analysis thereof
• Draft correspondence to existing clients and tenants
• Demonstrate high level of professionalism and integrity
