General Purpose 13;
Coordinates facilities maintenance and service activities. Compiles data, tracks, and maintains reference information and databases. Compiles, organizes, and summarizes data from multiple sources; monitors/tracks processes to ensure their execution within defined parameters. Ensures activities are performed in accordance with contract, corporate, and regulatory agency requirements. Determines schedules and availability of resources and coordinates service activities.

:Provide project coordination and administrative support for departmental needs.
:Develop and implement data files to track estimates, schedules and budgets.
:Compile data, track, summarize and prepare reports and results as requested.
:Develop and/or maintain reference information and databases.
:Record and document management policies, ensuring compliance with record/document retention/disposal procedures
:Process PO requests in facilities software and SAP.
:Work with procurement department to set up new vendors.
:Process PAIF set up for multiple vendors.
:Coordinate daily maintenance and service requests, calling out vendors and coordinating work ensuring customer satisfaction.
:Interface with internal and external customers, research and resolve billing questions and make adjustments to invoices as necessary.
:Maintain vendor insurance certificate program to meet compliance requirements.

:High school diploma; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
:A minimum of 2 years related experience.
:Excellent attention to detail.
:Flexibility in establishing deadlines and priorities in a changing business environment with typically tight schedules.
:Ability to organize, coordinate and prioritize tasks, and be accountable for outcomes.
:The ability to multi:task well in order to determine the importance of a request and forward request to appropriate resources to be addressed.
:Ability to work as member of a team.
:Professional communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to consult with internal and external customers at all levels of the organization regarding matters/issues which may be sensitive in nature.
:Experience with software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
