Seeking Multiple Fast Food Managers and Assistant Managers
Position Overview:
A local and established restaurant franchise seeks service:minded, quality driven individuals to lead and manage their many locations in the Portland Metro and surrounding areas (SW Washington down to Southern Oregon, the Oregon Coast to Hood River). This is a great opportunity for a an Assistant Manager level or a Restaurant General Manager level to grow with their business and build a team of hard working individuals. The successful candidates will have managed all aspects of front:of:the:house operations in a quick service setting. A relentless pursuit of outstanding customer service, complimented by financial and business management skills are needed to thrive in this position. Position Responsibilities:
Assure that the restaurant is running smoothly and guests receive exemplary dining experience.
Train all staff in the highest service standards and provide ongoing review and coaching.
Develop weekly staff schedules.
Develop and execute marketing programs.
Ensure a safe working environment and facilitate safe work behaviors of the team.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum 3:5 years of restaurant management experience.
Must have knowledge of quick service dining operations.
Strong computer and POS skills.
Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail, be highly organized and flexible with the ability to work in a fast: paced environment.
Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Demonstrated analytical, problem:solving and decision:making abilities.
Have experience effectively managing people, schedules, budgets and business processes.
