PeaceHealth is seeking a
Business Development and Growth Analyst Senior for a
1.0 full time equivalent
Exempt position. This position will be working
Day shift with shift durations of
8 Hours.

JOB SUMMARY

Provides core quantitative and alliances support for the Strategic Affiliations and Partnerships organization. Analyzes partnership transactions and other alliances. Provides strategic analysis, research, and data to facilitate the decision making of PeaceHealth initiatives, including new ventures and partnerships.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provides support and data analysis for transactional projects, partnerships, alliances and initiatives that deliver significant value and meets PeaceHealth s mission, goals, and vision.

Assists with evaluating the financials and identifying the business opportunities and risks associated with the transaction or partnership.

Gathers market intelligence and analysis, supporting the development of the growth opportunity, and assessing the specific initiative. Prepares reports and discussion materials and presentations.

Tracks, analyzes synthesizes and reports on general market trends, competitive developments, emerging organizations, new opportunities and potential threats to PeaceHealth.

Conducts due diligence on specific growth initiatives and supports completion of transactions and integration.

Provides evaluation and supports implementation of strategic partnerships and exploration and experimentation with innovative new business models and growth initiatives.

Prepares modeling of potential new business opportunities and scenarios, development of business cases/plans, and tracking progress of new business initiatives being implemented.

Develops, maintains and delivers reports, financial models and presentations.

Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field; or combination of education and experience that provides the caregiver with the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the Essential Functions of this job.
: MBA preferred.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING

: Minimum of five years progressive experience in strategic analysis or consulting within a healthcare organization is required.
: Must have strong quantitative and statistical analysis experience.
: Experience in a hospital setting and with payors preferred.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

: N/A

: Demonstrated ability to act in a consulting capacity.
: Demonstrated ability to formulate and operationalize new concepts and ideas for improvement.
: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple demands and short time frames.
: Ability to quickly analyze large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data and clearly summarize and present findings.
: Strong organizational skills.
: Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
: Ability to make objective assessments.
: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
: Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications, databases, etc.
: Excellent mathematical and statistic skills.
