Job Description:/h3:
The primary purpose of the Marketing Coordinator is to provide support to the sales and marketing team by assisting with projects, preparing promotional materials, writing internal and external communications, managing websites and social media platforms, and other administrative marketing duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
:Update and maintain critical customer account information.
:Work with branch managers on showroom branding and point of purchase displays.
:Develop promotional materials for customer distribution.
:E:marketing activities including management of the monthly customer facing newsletter and other e:commerce opportunities.
:Administration of e:
commerce/manufacturer sites/Johnstone Supply customer login information.
:Salesforce CRM administration.
:Implement customer rewards programs.
:Assist with writing on:hold scripts and invoice messages.
:Prepare promotional materials for customer distribution.
:Send promotional materials to sales team members and customers.
:Author and send internal sales department and customer communications via, email, website and mailings.
:Assist with the management of Johnstone NW social media accounts.
:Update marketing/match up guides for key product lines.
:Data entry as needed.
:Support new product launches.
:Developing Johnstone TV as a revenue center.
:Outbound calling direct to customers.
:Other sales and marketing projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
:Some college courses in business and marketing.
:Bachelor degree in marketing preferred.
:Strong MS Office skills, including desktop publishing software, with particular strength in Excel (spreadsheet development and manipulation).
:Strong verbal and written communication skills.
:Ability to work with diverse personalities.
:Preferred experience with Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign software.
:Preferred experience with Salesforce.
