Workforce Planning Consultant : Provider Recruitment for a
1.0 full time equivalent
Exempt position. This position will be working

Coordinates with operational leaders within Provider Recruitmentto facilitate the development of clinical /non:clinical workforce strategies and medical staff development plans. Coordinates sourcing strategies and performance metrics as a part of the deployment of these strategies. Coordinates clinical and elective provider rotations with regional medical residency programs.
:Facilitates the development of system:wide workforce planning strategies that focus on recruitment, retention, inclusion and engagement. Coordinates employment:related activities to ensure alignment and effective service level agreements with senior leadership andProvider Recruitment (PR).
:Provides project management support for cross:functional and cross:regional senior clinical and non:clinical leadership teams. Designs and implements strategic workforce plans for executive sponsored initiatives. Escalates project issues and risks as appropriate.
:Researches industry benchmarks and market supply and demand data, to develop dashboards, presentations, performance metrics and reports supporting established workforce strategic plans and goals. Develops best practice strategies to maximize utilization of manpower, facilitate strong market presence and to implement effective recruitment and retention strategies.
:Provides consultation for Provider Recruitment teams, providing input and best practices related to successful recruitment strategies and creative sourcing tools aimed at reducing time to fill and cost per hire.
:Ensures sourcing resources and technology are effective. Works with Provider Recruiters to modify plans to ensure stakeholder engagement and effective sourcing and recruitment efforts, coordinate advertising campaigns, attend or host job fairs, and coordination of related pipeline activities.
:Ensures effective relationships are developed and coordinated with community entities, specialty associations and educational facilities to create and maintain an effective pipeline for recruitment.
:Performs other duties as assigned.
:Bachelor's degree in related field required; or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training and experience.
:Minimum of five years' experience in recruiting and/or workforce planning required.
:Experience in a health care environment preferred.
:PHR, SPHR ASPR certification preferred.
:Knowledge of full lifecycle recruitment process including knowledge of "Hire for Fit" interview and selection process
:Comprehensive knowledge of laws, acts and regulations associated with employment laws and their application to recruitment processes and transactions; Generalist knowledge of other areas of Human Resources.
:Ability to deliver high levels of customer service when dealing with positions that require multiple months to fill.
:Proficient Project Management skills
:Strong communication ability.
:Analytic abilities including research, data management, and benchmarking skills.
:Proficiency in the use of MS Word applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
