Intro to Tai Chi and Qigong:

Northwest Internal Arts will be holding a free workshop discussing how to effectively practice Tai Chi and Qigong. There are many benefits associated with the Internal Arts; from enhanced strength, improved immunity, flexibility and balance to greater clarity, peace of mind and the ability to manage stress more effectively. (Links to studies which verify these effects can be found on our website.) However, to receive the ideal results of your effort, it is necessary to practice these arts well.

This workshop is intended to give a guide to developing one's practice. For those who are new to Tai Chi and Qigong this will serve as an excellent introduction and will help to demystify the practice. For those who are already familiar it will give greater insight and depth to their practice.
