Come get into outstanding shape while learning useful self defense. Northwest Fighting Arts offers Thai Boxing (Muay Thai) classes in Portland five days at week with morning, noon and evening times available. Muay Thai develops a level of conditioning that will serve you well in all areas of your life. It is an excellent form of personal defense; a serious student can effectively apply what they have learned within a matter of months. Membership at NWFA gives you open access to the studio. Come for the Muay Thai, stay to diversify by cross-training in the other arts we teach. Check our website for more information.

MISO MAGIC, SCHOOL of JAPANESE AND THAI COOKING, introduces students to the flavorful, healthy, and beautiful culinary arts of Japan and northern Thailand. MISO MAGIC also provides you with a Japanese cultural experience while learning Japanese cooking from a native Japanese instructor.

One class is limited to 6 to 8 people. Working closely with the instructor and students makes a class so much fun besides eating in the beautiful dining room after cooking. Classes are all hands on.
Japanese cooking classes: $65 per class per person
Thai cooking classes: $80 per class per person
