Interested in enjoying the great outdoors while volunteering to protect critical Oregon habitat? Come help us remove barbed wire fences at our Miami River site on Saturday, July 28. Adjacent to Tillamook Bay, restored wetlands will benefit northern red-legged frog, chum salmon, peregrine falcon and other at-risk wildlife. Advance registration is required – sign up today at http://support.nature.org/site/Calendar/?view=RSVP&id=2742

Carpools (limited seats available) are provided from our Portland office. If you have questions, please contact us at orvolunteers@tnc.org or 503-802-8100. Can’t make it to this one? Check out the entire schedule online at http://www.nature.org/ourinitiatives/regions/northamerica/unitedstates/oregon/volunteer/work-parties.xml
